SITE ENGINEER

CRYSTAL Construction Engineering after a Site Engineer with experience, high attention to detail and focus on quality construction

Responsibilities:

• Manage , develop, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe , timely and sustainable manner
  Carry out tech
• ical and feasibility studies
• Assess potential risks , materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits , safety et al
• Deliver technical files and other technical documentation, as required

Requirements:

• BS/MA in Civil Engineering
• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction site management and supervision
• Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
• Assistant project management and supervision skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language
